Hello everyone, I’m Lori-Ann Bender! I've been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for the last 6 years and continue to love working with clients to help them live a healthier more pain free life.

Massage therapy can help with a variety of musculoskeletal symptoms such as back pain, muscle stiffness, frozen shoulder, TMJ Disorder, headaches and many more!

Over the past 5 years I’ve had the opportunity to take some extra courses that give me new tools to help each client better. I’ve taken Pregnancy Massage, Cupping, Fascial Integration and recently Infant Cranial Sacral and Fascial Release. These courses have helped me to grow as a RMT therefore allowing me to help my clients more!

As I’m registered through NHPC I can provide you with an invoice that you can send in to your insurance provider to use your massage therapy benefits! I’m currently not offering direct billing but most major insurance companies have wonderful systems to easily send in your invoice to claim your massage.
